Bekley Breastfeeding Tea is especially designed for increasing and maintaining milk flow of breastfeeding mothers. The balanced blend of traditionally proven ingredients is carefully chosen. Everyday consumption of Bekley Nursing Tea will aid breastfeeding in three major ways:

-enhance and maintain the quality of milk during breastfeeding

-alleviate digestive complaints, including gas and colic of the baby

-provide essential minerals and vitamins both to mother and baby through breast milk

Instructions:

We recommend the regular daily consumption of 3 to 6 cups during breastfeeding.

We also suggest to start using the tea in the last 3 weeks of pregnancy period or right after delivery and to continue throughout breastfeeding.

Preparation: Pour fresh boiling water (200ml) over one tea bag in a cup and allow to steep for 5 – 8 minutes. Can be consumed cold as well.
